Their effects and secrets and the element

16. And a document for the people, their obedience if
The minister satisfies the people and the consulted

17. O guardian of the country, and he is
The most righteous under the sky and the purest

18. The recalcitrant returned to him in peace after
They leapt at him, disturbing and threatening

19. And his free ones were loyal to him, so they scrambled
Seeking his pleasure while he had the choice

20. And the little became precious in what they offered
The reason for the great and abundant in what they delayed

21. And when the two groups of whites and blacks
Parted, the other stranger went to you

22. The freedom of man is a common right
In it the bedouin and the civilized are equal

23. God has made His earth for His servants
And forbade them from exhausting and subjugating

24. Did the homeland ever become too narrow for its sons
So the secure shelter permits the colonizer?

25. O people of Egypt, your leaders competed
Ruling matters for them all, so look

26. Fate will unify them
And return the distant ones and clear the turbid

27. How excellent distinguishing the discourse, being content with it
Doubters and optimists

28. After this light in its signs
Do you still waver, interpreting and explaining?

29. The years folded stages until
The number of years reached these lines

30. And a group left the book unfinished
While a group came with the book spreading good news

31. It preoccupied minds and souls nights
Its commotion therein was lighter and smaller

32. Those who endured the enemies' harassment
Are more deserving to the day of bliss to endure

33. And when the destined time comes, then what
You find easy was difficult and made easy

34. You magnified my grace, brothers, and we protect you
From being ignorant of a brother's grace or denying it

35. Do I see the blind deaf one's silence
A sin, while the hearing seer excuses?

36. This is your creed and that is your certainty
The world changes and it does not change

37. You attained through it what no swift eagle attained
Nor did any falcon attain

38. And you became the greatest role model in the East
For its peoples, tempting them and directing

39. Walk carefully of the world, even if
The darkness lit up and the arrogant became friendly

40. And take this share and strive
For others, persist and take more

41. The successful opinion will protect you before
Your navy and military protect you
