1. The procrastination and delays had gone on too long
And the swords were weary of their sheaths

2. So the battle was commenced in God's name
While Caesar strutted about in revelry

3. Distracted by the war cries of the emboldened ones
From the tunes and pleasures of the dance halls

9. Subdue this obstinate transgressor
