After their policies and revolutions.

10. They have no right to place thorns in smooth roads

Students of authority, power and anarchy?

13. Do they want for the course of blood and victims
Festivals and celebrations?

14. After they lied to the ignorant of what they promised
They persisted in exploiting the ignorant.

15. The chaos of a minority that ruins a kingdom,
So how can you allow the chaos of majorities?

16. There is no perspective in the matter but for who masters it,
No prestige but for the competent.

17. Parliament and consultation are not for whoever takes them
As tools for living off fanning passions.

18. The constitution you have is trustworthy,
And you are most capable of keeping trusts.

19. If you wish, fulfil it, no time for that,
And if you wish, fulfil it after some time.

20. You want it to unite the nation and unify them,
Not for discord and dividing groups.

21. So let those requesting it fear God, for their request
Is with futile and evil things.

22. I worry about what a group has harvested from it,
And come to ask for intercession for the perpetrator.

23. Perhaps for what they showed of enmity,
There are excuses for you and veils for the hidden things.

24. Among them are my family, neighbor and partner,
For all of them the rights of protection.

25. If ransom from them and sacrifice
Would satisfy you against them, then ending enmity.

26. You have taken the realities of life,
Not comforted by the people of imagination.

27. Had they been earnest in good you would have
Helped hasten it and the sayings.

28. The rabble persists in opposing my opinion and belief,
But do they ever oppose my integrity?

29. Bearing mountains is easier for man
Than bearing harm and the arguing of the unjust aggressor.

Nor the excess of flooding frightens you.

37. The engineer has his disposal in the course,
And the sky has the springs of lakes.

38. The East has taken its example from your valley,
Government, traditions and customs.

39. And you brought close between its people their affections
Before the nearing of ports and airports.

40. You began with the Persians and Afghans, winning
Their hearts with protected covenants.

41. And instead of affection you gave every kingdom
For its workers rights and privileges.

42. No tyrant in the land bothers it,
When the Almighty of the heavens supports you.

43. You still placate him until he is reassured, for
If you please him once, you please him many times.

44. If an agreement with him is inevitable for you
Then agreement is better than that appeasement.

45. So the world will not be too narrow for you and him
After equality in it and rapprochement.

46. You exceeded my expectations for what my homeland wanted
And my nation, and went beyond prophecies.

47. You will judge richly regarding its issue,
Beyond proofs and testimonies.

48. You are the highest ideal for one seeking
Means, hopes and goals.
