A sacred land and a hopeful people,

2. O owner of the blessed Eid for the nation
That has come to call out freely and confide

3. You recalled for your honored birth the blessing
In the King the memory of the night of ascension

4. Her ship came to you so you watered it
Intentions relaxed, the waves calmed

5. For you she has what the savior redeemer has
From a duty for the loyal savior

6. She carried your standard on her wings before
Your glorious standard was carried by towers

7. The army and navy built by you
To free necks and reveal dawns

8. Secured the hoped-for scope of what you collected
Of cause and what you instituted of approach

9. Never were your people seekers of companions
Invaders of land or collectors of tribute

10. Their virgins came so they increased in passion
How much they increased in clamor and contention

11. Will a band settle there tomorrow
Who heated the valley, swollen with hatred

12. And settle the valley its full due
In peace after the incidents of turmoil

13. The Nile, if it does not flow freely in it
It will change its pouring clarity into mud

15. For you a call above the pulpits from them
Preceded you like pilgrim rituals

16. Droves will come to you, their delegations
And God surrounds the processions of droves

17. And they will pledge allegiance to you, the allegiance of al-Siddiq
In your valley under its flaming crescent

18. They trust the Two Holy Mosques in you as holder
Of the key to the best dispensary

19. It was wearisome for kings and a problem
And tomorrow you will practice it without treatment

20. And make it a meadow for every monotheist
On earth, between straits and thickets

21. And attain what exhausted your ancestors
And prepare for Islam the best fence
