1. Your great speeches and engagements are bones,
And the land is a flood, and the sky is rainclouds.

2. In you, the nights fought us, while
Wars are folded, and nations fall silent.

3. And Egypt called you to the Hejaz, so what
Echoed in Iraq because of you and Damascus roared.

4. You hurried in your precious youth, so a
Star disappeared and a sword was sheathed in the dust.

5. And you knew the meaning of death, which is the most
Painful thing that afflicted intellects and minds.

6. It would not have been the best year as it was paved
For peace, had it not been for your death this year.

7. You would have been more deserving of alive glories
Not the sorrows erected in the countries.

8. And more deserving of a long life protected
By tranquility and peace after adversity.

9. You have from your glorious virtues a rank
And from generosity, chastity, a medal.

10. And if you settled the cells, which are sacred,
As flowers wrap their buds.

11. And you had stood, and for the veil an issue,
Which busied mouths and pens.

12. From the excessive, you refused that they overwhelm,
And from the deficient, you refused that they fall short.

13. So you became an inquirer and went rightly guided,
And refuting in your club and concluding.

14. And you appeared with the opinion that dazzled prohibition
And revelation and inspiration supported it.

15. In every club is one who holds you in esteem,
And for every house you guided, an imam.

16. You came down like a queen, so angels accompanied you
From those you befriended from the palaces.

17. You held morals and protected beliefs
That perceptions almost stumbled with.

18. And you carried the burden of the country and its people
What the daring conqueror cannot bear.

19. And you were honored by the generous soul before
The uncles and paternal uncles honored you.

20. What you immortalized of your mention made you
Needless of descendants and offspring.

21. Generations hand down your virtues in protection
As long as the Nile and pyramids remain in it.

22. The sorrows of kingdoms ended up to you,
Those passions and pains.

23. So you judged gently with the country and had mercy,
And gentleness is sometimes pain and sometimes sickness.

24. The dears cry an ideal nature created
As Egypt chooses and Islam prefers.

25. They mention your grace what the pen flowed
And what prayers and fasts stood up.

26. O daughter of our poet and our judge whose
Poetry and judgments glory.

27. And companion of the Arabic who is the most
Pacts are guarded with him and reins are pulled.

28. Hearts throbbed for you today painfully
And mournfully, and how many flags throbbed for you.

29. Religion and life both lost you
And prose and poetry composed about you.
