1. The daughter of the sky emerged from the horizon
Wrapped in radiant glow

2. And carpeted the expanse of space with brilliance
And with cold dazzling flames

3. And with desirable warm glow
And with the most excellent magical scene

4. So she brought youthful vitality to the morning
And the everlasting greenness overflowed in the chest of the morning

5. And she bestowed her heavenly brilliance upon
The heads of hills and plains and valleys

6. Upon mountains and lowlands and curved paths
Upon the water and the mud and the ice

7. Upon huts and mansions, cradles of luxury
Upon the market, the prison, and the temple

8. And she distributed the light in the world
And was generous to slaves and masters

9. To the wealthy and the poor, to the guided and the lost
And she delivered her message freely

10. To the nearest and furthest reaches of the universe
The justice of the daughter of the sky flowed in existence

11. Covered with beauty and rags
And the mother of morning spent her light

12. Increasing her already abundant wealth
And she gained more beauty and more brilliance

13. And more light in addition to her eternal light
And her life was prolonged for it does not end

14. Except to start over again
And she gave and her eternal kingdom endured

15. Ever renewed like a child, ever born
And the more she spent the more her wealth increased

16. Except for the greatest, most eternal luxury
God has certainly struck similitudes

17. And those whom God leaves astray have no one to guide them
