1. God suffices you, and the seven mighty heavens,
Containing the seven regions as dominions.

2. The seven oft-repeated verses which you stood with
Their meaning and recitation are for Allah.

3. And you with the seven long chapters rule
All creation by the judgment of Allah.

4. And the seven falling stars you did not care for,
Trusting your Lord’s promise - never astrology!

5. Your spirit rises above the seven firmaments,
Soaring in us - given familiarity and honor.
