1. The kingdom is God's; whom God wills,
With justice and kindness He righted.
١. الملك لِلّه من شاءَ الإِلَه بِهِ
خَيراً فَبِالعَدل وَالإِحسان عَدَّله
2. Justice without favor deserves no regard.
And kingdom without justice has no success.
٢. فَالعَدل مِن غَير فَضل لا اِعتِداد بِهِ
وَالمَلك مِن غَير عَدل لا نَجاحَ لَه
