1. The morning of the Master's joys has dawned
Boasting with splendid wonders

2. Unfolding the gloom of the world's miseries
Raising in the East the most beautiful flag

3. O, delights of intimacy in the meadow of purity
A soul satisfied from a pleasing spring

4. Captivate my hearing and increase my passion
And join affection with the strongest bond

5. It is not an obligation but my admiration grew
Or my wonder at you

6. You stood atop the minbar reciting chapters
Precise verses of the most eloquent wisdom

7. Or is there a prophet for the birds, I wonder
Revelation flows to him from an Inspirer

8. O what a night wherein wishes are attained
And our bliss blossoms with radiant light

9. The Night of Power which told us
“I am the happy brilliant dawn”

10. Dazzling rising and brightening splendor
Its beauty delights the hearer’s eye

11. Tell whoever’s sight dimmed when viewing it
“I am no drop of ink from his pen”

12. And He who created the Throne and the earth
Is not unknown amongst the nations

13. A singular one who excelled over the prohibited
His qualities beyond enumeration

14. And he ascended above the celestial spheres
So excellence contained in him every honor

15. May God increase his beauty and brilliance
Beyond the extent of eyesight

16. I know not, is he angel or mortal
That was created from his essence of old

17. It is no innovation, he is the sun of ministry
If the lofty glory is the lofty lineage
