1. The one who judges mankind
Has two duties to fulfill
١. مَن وُلّي الأَحكام بَينَ الوَرى
شَيئانِ مَفروضان في ذمَّتِه
2. To reveal in his rulings the truth of justice
And to advise the ruler with loyalty in his service
٢. إِظهار سرّ العَدل في حُكمه
وَالنُصح لِلسُلطان في خِدمَتِه
