1. My Lord wished evil as well as good,
So that is for the wretched and for his party.

2. Far be it that the wish of a weak servant
Should overcome the wish of his Lord.

3. Exalted is the Truth! The Truth endures
When the forebearing beholds with the eye of his heart.
