35. So you see the jewels disdain the river pebbles -
Adornment made more beautiful without adornment,

38. Thus is the springtime of the generous, but otherwise

44. Every feast reminds people to exchange greetings
As joy - so it is not shortchanged,

45. How many times in your presence did the fasting month pine,
One who loves you or is tormented unto moaning,

So the foliage sang, endowed with arts,

52. Nor has one who recalled the tale of youth and passion sung,
