1. O Abu Muhammad excuse me, for my love for you
Has flowed in my soul like water flows in wood

2. You have adorned yourself with the ornaments of virtues
For which people give you the highest praises

3. I have saved my tears to cry over your generosity
I do not shed them in sorrow for one blamed

4. If it is praise, then my praise is for contentment
Or I eulogize the dead, none but the generous
