1. What Allah preserves is protected
What Allah makes is weakened

2. Who Allah makes happy is softened
Time is for him even if harsh

3. My brother, take heed, do not be fooled
See how time turns

4. One is rewarded for what he was given
Be it an ugly deed or good

5. Successful is a servant whose
Covering was removed and he understood

6. And it pleased one who saw
That trials are on tongues

7. So he refrained from its words
At every time and rhythm

8. And feared from his tongue
Loose iron chains so he grieved

9. And whoever holds firm
To Allah, Lord of the Throne, so he will never

10. Be harmed by anything and who
Transgresses upon Allah and who

11. Who fears Allah is wary
And Allah's fearful one is secured

12. And the fear of Allah has no
Price for what it yields

13. O Knower of secrets as
You truly know what is private and public

14. Bless my grandfather, my father Al
Qasim, the evident light

15. More generous than a living one and than
One shrouded in a burial shroud

16. And favor us with acceptance
For You are worthy of favors

17. And pardon us in our religion
From every disappointment and failing

18. Not disappointed is he who disappointed
A day towards worldly life leaned

19. Good tidings to a servant whose
Seclusions were uncovered

20. And the promise is Allah's and what
Allah decrees is established
