1. If we took sulfur and mixed
A dead body with it and watered

2. And blended them with patience and care
And decided with that care upon us

3. And the immersion of sulfur in the body
The white is the most difficult thing for us

4. A settled body and a gentle soul
Creation of the soul between the two

5. And leave what has faded from it youthfully
And that which settled in the vessel we kneaded

6. So sulfur got from the blaze of fire a fleeting escape in what we saw
So its whiteness prevented it from fleeing as

7. It became inside them when we met
And the souls were incarnated in the thickness of the

8. Bodies from their heat we feared
And we insisted on repeating dissolution and knot

9. Until we reached what we desired from our matter
