1. Her soft moans and his passion created him,
And their son from them is the most noble.

3. And she who is harsh in the nature of females,

4. And she who is patient through the burning ordeal,
Remains steadfast and does not decay.

5. Contrariwise the males in both conditions
Are intelligent and loving, as is known.

6. And their son from them is a scholar,
Bold against his opponent when meeting him.

7. The intelligence of the males and the patience of the females,
And when meeting they do not hesitate.

8. And with fire she comes alive and in it she dies,
And in it she heals just as she becomes sick.

9. So his innate dispositions were born in hell,
Yet she is at peace with its burning.
