1. If we name the structure with a name
And liken it to something else, it is ours and its loss is slight

2. As it is said worlds exist for the gathering
Of countless, innumerable things

3. So whoever ponders names and symbols
Will find among them the petty and the momentous

4. So whoever ponders gems and treasures
As well as salts and worthless compounds

5. It makes no difference whether the mixtures in it
Are called copper, lead or rubbish

6. So do not magnify the act of creation but rather work
If you have insight into it

7. There is little effort in it, its passing being slight
Without toil, its end is trivial

8. The wise conceal its secret unwillingly
Knowing concealment is best though they discerned
