1. The rose resembles hope amidst its thorns
That sprouts between misfortunes

2. The bud is tied up, watered by dew
And nourished by the cradling soil

3. And dawn accompanies it with light
As the breeze removes impurities from it

4. So when the bud opens up
A charming cheek appears in the garden’s beauty

5. Thus in the soul a hope emerges
After much adversity intensifies within it

6. It gently dispels worries
And through it the weak and frail grow strong

7. Its light appears like the thread of dawn
Then it grows and illuminates the darkness

8. And so it becomes the morning, and the peace
That the morning brings, and the heart rests assured

9. And the rose remains in its garden
Inspiring song in the birds

10. And pleasing every worried mind
With a joy whose color delights the eyes

11. Pure, conveying a delightful fragrance to the heart
It was pure, but then it was lost

12. And so it is with the soul in its tranquility
No anxiety or restlessness can equal it

13. It does good for the sake of good, not
To boast on the day of judgement

14. And it continues smiling, all of which
Is lasting fragrance, however long the days
