1. He is the one whom we love
He has loved me by his choice

2. From the beginning he has loved my essence
And I live in his abode

3. Nothing can take me away from him
As there is no other abode but his

4. Everything has appeared to me from him
Even his evil has returned as good

5. Everything has come to me from him
Even his mosque and his monastery

6. I am one, not two
And in this matter they were confused

7. Water flows from a rock for you
And in the rock of water is his fire

8. I am one and he is one
How can we be two?

9. He is worshipped and I am worshipper
How can this be two opposites?

10. He is witnessed and I am witness
Who is the companion of the two among us?

11. If we are the couple yet one
Then unity disappears and there is duality

12. And we disappear from this world and the next
To his station and his peace

13. Take heed, if you seek any good
You will not find any good but his bounty

14. No particle comes from you
Everything is present in you

15. And you are the utmost blissful
You are the judge and I am the judged

16. And existence is all one, it is all with you
And in you his signs appear

17. Your essence has branched out
And in your essence is its purity

18. Turn your soul, O you who are forbidden
You are this, there is nothing but you

19. And you are the essence of the Real
In your sitting and your walking

20. And you are Him, your secret and your openness
And there is no good but your good

21. Through you these things appeared
Which cannot be counted

22. And to you they return by His command
You are indeed the source of purity

23. The Alif is one, it is all of it
And the letters appeared from it

24. Leave the Alif with the Baa
The essence of the Alif has flowed out

25. Likewise the Laam with the Yaa
From its existence gushed out

26. You are the Alif and the letters
In your existence they have spread out

27. And all the worlds are within you
After they came and went
