3. And if you looked at it in its goblet,
The mind goes and there remains no veil.

4. You do not know is it from its wine
Or did it all become clear when stirred?

5. It intoxicates before completing the drink,
Its beauty makes singing unnecessary.

6. How many young men fallen into its wine,
Did not think the wine was fire.

7. It burned their insides then they went on,
To reveal secrets, stripped of discretion.

8. Few can stand firm when it is brought,
Or see moderation in drinking it.
