1. No tribe remains for me to seek refuge

No plain is smooth, no pillar stands, none I can depend

7. Eyes of man, tearful, are now cold gems
Their hearts, deafened, solid ice, emotions pend

8. No mercy for a grieving orphan girl
Whose kin were slain, forced to wander and fend

9. Seeking refuge, finding none, though before
Shelter was gladly offered, help extend
