That without you, would not have opened, nor would I have found brightness.

5. You are the one who ignited the fires of my longing,
And stirred within my ribs a raging blaze.

6. You planted for me flowers of longing and love,
And filled my cup of anticipation with their nectar.

7. You traveled with me until I saw the sunset of my sorrow
Recede, and until I embraced the dawn.

8. You taught me the sweetness of a delicate whisper,
And made me fall for the gentle murmur.

9. You taught me what I did not know of madness,
Until my fluttering heart wished not to awake.

10. You taught me in love a lesson where
You were the beloved, and you were my friend.

11. So when will you teach me, by your grace, when you are absent,
Patience and true determination, until I can endure?!

12. And when will you teach me composure, when we are apart from each other,
And when will you be my consoler?!

13. So I replied: the lesson of composure is difficult for me.
I could not understand the profound lesson.
