1. The envoy came, the envoy of Bani Fuqaim
With the hope through which envoys return
١. وَآبَ الوَفدُ وَفدُ بَني فُقَيمٍ
بِأَلأَمِ ما تَؤوبُ بِهِ الوُفودُ
2. They came to us with pots made ready
And seriousness turned into happiness
٢. أَتَونا بِالقُدورِ مُعَدِّليها
وَصارَ الجُدُّ لِلجَدِّ السَعيدِ
3. And Bani Fuqaim's envoys witnessed
At Ahrad when the bounties were shared
٣. وَشاهَدَتِ الوُفودَ بَني فُقَيمٍ
بِأَحرَدَ إِذ تَقَسَّمَتِ الجُدودُ
