1. You have overcome the people with the right that is yours

Girded naked in the skirmishes

7. Until they saw Abu Al-‘Assi’s branded
Racing like meteors with the setting sun

8. From the war of the clan of Abu Al-‘Assi when they rage
With every white like a worn-out cloak

9. Be disappointed O Kulaib, for Allah has brought you down
To stations of humiliation and belittlement
