3. Come, let's make pilgrimage to Mecca, then ask
For us and you from Quda'a or Nizฤr,

4. And Ibn al-Husayn's comrades, so don't neglect them,
Men of Yemen, great in glory,

ูู ุฎูุทุงุฑุง
5. There you would have attributed to Banu Kulaib,
Finding them most loyal and small,

ู ุงูุฃูุฏูููุงุกู ุงูุตูุบุงุฑุง
6. It was not the rainclouds that deceived Banu Kulaib,
With my two storms, when I came to help and towered high,

ุจูุบููุซู ุญููู ุฃููุฌูุฏู ููุงูุณุชูุทุงุฑุง
7. Rain clouds in the open plain heard thunder roar,
So they fled the lightning when it burst forth,

ูุนูู ุฑูุนุฏุงู
ููุญุงุฐูุฑูู ุงูุตููุงุนููู ุญููู ุซุงุฑุง
8. They rushed to their caves to escape it,
As it came tearing out rocks down the slope,

9. Overcoming them at a fatal moment when prudence failed,
I satirized the whelps of Yarbลซสฟ, huts,

ุจูุญูุชูู ุงูุญููู ุฅูุฐ ุบูููุจู ุงูุญูุฐุงุฑุง
10. And the greatest among them a disgraceful whore,
For you and Kulaib are in bet,
