Bring your belongings to Bani Badr's abode

2. I dwelled with them in days of wickedness, yet it was good
To live in hardship and in ease

3. I was given water from Al-Numayr to drink and did not
Leave the basin of bitter Al-Jafr

4. And I was called to the virtuous ones and was not
Looked upon with greenish eyes

5. By those who strike with their spears
And their horses run

6. And those who mingle, I approached their vigor
And the wealthy among them, the poor
