1. Peace be upon the grave of Prophet Muhammad
The Prophet of guidance, the Chosen One, the Supported

2. The Prophet who guided us after misguidance
Without his guidance we would not be guided

3. So God's Messenger was the key to mercy
Which God granted to every monotheist

4. And God's Messenger was the best who walked
Upon earth, though not made immortal

5. I bear witness that there is no prophecy after him
And none living after him is immortal

6. And that decay comes upon all grandeur
And death lies in wait for all mortals

7. Blessed is He who decrees separation
And gathers from far and wide without appointment

8. O companions! This abode is one of attainment
To the intermediate realm of the dead and preparation

9. Do you not see that calamities amass
Whose vicissitudes assault us violently?

10. Attain sufficiency in this world but do not
Harbor it in your conscience or hand

11. And enter into it as if you are leaving
To another than it today or tomorrow
