1. The poetry knows your worth is greater
Than what we say, your virtues even more

2. Though praising you is an imposed duty
The few and the many are asked to endure

3. When they fulfil even some of your right
Through praising you, their sins are absolved

4. They honored, serving this supreme position
Praising it forever, grateful and thankful

5. Their thoughts composed praising the Caliph
In whose praise the seven oft repeated scatter

6. The chaste, the pure, whose lineage
Is from clouds' water even more pure

7. From Hashim, where the lofty branches met
The springs of dew began to flow

8. From a prophetic palm, its branches
With glory, the Imams' progeny, fruitful

9. The light of guidance never ceased from it
Until your grandfather descended from its high

10. The subjects rejoiced when Caliph appeared
His face made the times' face shine brighter

11. They looked at you in utmost reverence
So declaring praise, gratitude and glory

12. Racing to kiss the dust as if it were
Musk brought and ambergris to savor

13. The faces bowed when you appeared
Only seeing foreheads in dust colored

14. Until you entered the high dome
The Pyramids' height before it belittled

15. Likened, the Nile flowing beneath,
To eternity, with the Kawthar streaming through

16. If summarizing describing it
As if the revolving celestial sphere was painted

17. You honored the seasons, Commander of Believers
Dated by your name, chronicled and recorded

18. Divided like time – present never passed
Advance and retreat, waiting to be ordered

19. The dearest being the day of the Gulf
A day shining, illuminated and glittered

20. The day it was like the army in its darkness
Secrets in the hearts, concealed and covered

21. The Nile approached you, from life shy
Hesitant, moving legs forward and backward

22. Having come apologizing, penitent
For past sins, you being most forgiving

23. Had it not stumbled on earthly hems
It would not have been accused or blamed

24. Had its face not been dirtied in dew
No dust color would have appeared on it

25. Had it met your feet purely
Unadulterated, clear, not bitter

26. We missed it, so instead prosperity flowed
Wealth for the wealthy and plenty for the poor

27. If it was a river, your palm was more copious
Or if it was rain, your downpour heavier

28. What a difference between you two, one sea
Yours the generous, its the malignant

29. At all times your stream of generosity present
Its obtainer comes and goes, appears and disappears

In truth, not metaphor, it is of

31. God's blessings that will never diminish
Breaking the Gulf was a bestowal

32. Through it, breaking of death's agony eased
So its season fulfilled, and eternal life

33. Its nights passing as you are given long life
The days of Al Kabeel and the state arrived

34. Through it the greatest prosperity attained
Guide of the mission, your state's guardian

35. Guiding when the hearing and seeing stray
If you are few in facing the caliphate

36. Then the righteous guide, its protector and barrier
Or if you are the prayer niche of the imamate

37. He is its symbol and landmark
Or if you are the sun of Islam's guidance

38. Its dawn's first lights are the morning's bringer
A king, when kings are counted and favored

39. The tongue begins with him, the finger points
Of noble traits, pleasing to hear

40. And pleasing to see, a beautiful figure
Revived the religion's ways through his revival

41. Through it, all praise is folded and unfolded
The Imams' treasure, of Hashim's caliphs

42. A means protected and treasured for them
The supporter, reviver, who by his singing

43. Made every grand speech seem lesser
You honored the Beni Razeek until they

44. Below the wilderness, a group of stars
They humbled themselves, as time knows and the most high

45. That through them time wanders and prides
The envious of them are ruins beneath

46. Khosrow and Caesar's palaces to their range inferior
So let them submit to Al Adheed son of Mohammed

47. A pillar humiliating enemies and vanquishing
