In that valley

Thrushes wandering

11. The river, the willows
Vines and orchards

12. Called you, O Prophet
To Lebanon

13. O you who laments pains
From chest illness

14. O bearer of sorrows
Walking to the grave

15. Don’t lose hope to despair
In your settled illness

16. And descend upon the miserable
Upon Lebanon

17. Stop by the brooks
Of its cold water

18. And inhale the fragrances
