1. God's gifts are great
So gratitude to Him is obligated

2. Welcome, O long absent one
Whose return has fulfilled hopes

3. The day of his arrival
Was a day considered wondrous

4. In the middle of the fasting month
No crescent indicating a feast was visible

5. In the horizon of the sky
Its setting was one of the wonders

6. Until with its rising
The Lord of the east and west was satisfied

7. So I went to receive him
Crowds flowed like stars

8. And prayer for the supreme state arose
From all directions

9. It is the state of benevolence and justice
Of purified denominations

10. Its mighty glory still shines
Victorious over enemies, by God

11. Why shouldn't God's openings from it
Bring back the disputed

12. So hearts' anguish dispersed
With its news, as if to drink

13. And for you by it the delight of eyes
If gloom from them had vanished

14. And for you a preceding letter
Brought by troops

15. So it became adornment for delight
After goals had been achieved

16. In fact nothing was absent of its
Generosity’s grant of wishes

17. One whose kindness never
Left for a day is no absent one

18. Glory soars with Majid
Bestowed, the auspicious one flies

19. And before him a led mare
Of swift steeds, like gazelles

20. And glory is not attained
Except by generosity and tribulation

21. Of ample chest and praised path
And piercing insight

22. And the lofty ambition has eclipsed
The stars with meteors

23. No flaw in it, and it does not search
For hidden faults

24. But its call encompasses
Both far and near

25. Its dignity is not reduced
By rabble completely stirring up trouble

26. And if an examiner probes
The mask reveals virtues

27. So forbearance among the best
Virtues when tribulations test

28. And resentment is not fit
For the noble breast toward the sublime

29. How many fault-finders and sharers
In retaliation against one who is penalized

30. But pardon is the trait of one who
Rises above, few attain it

31. Sweet and bitter matters
Are equal to my brother time has taught

32. And patience paired with support
I saw toward consequences

33. This, while the addressed lord
Knows best and is most eloquent than the addressed

34. Of the dearest my journal
And the one by whom ranks are assigned

35. Hope for pardon if it has become
Complete with the writer's poetry
