1. The Lord has blessed the Qurayshi with his visit
So my heart, rejoice at the sight
١. قد أَنْعَمَ السيّدُ القُرْشي بِزَوْرَتِهِ
فيا فؤادي بذاك المنظر ابْتهِجِ
2. Have you not seen the houses of knowledge rising
On our horizon, making lamps unnecessary
٢. أما رأيتَ بدورَ العلمِ طالعةً
في أُفْقِه بَيْنَنَا تُغْنِي عن السُّرُجِ
