1. O messenger, convey to me from the prince Muhammad
A message - his words have merit over others

2. We have a need, if you can fulfill it
And if not, your excuse is sufficient

3. You are generous indeed
But you cannot give what God has prevented

4. If He facilitates the pure hearts' desires - excellent
Otherwise, the cutting swords are ready
