1. This imam to whom
The best of creation entrusted
١. هذا الإمامُ الذي إليهِ
أسندَ خيرُ الورى الوصيَّهْ
2. His successor ruled justly like the Prophet
And never acted unjustly in his judgments
٢. حكمتًَ حكمَ النبيّ عدلاً
ولم تَجُرْ قطُّ في قضيّهْ
3. You truly resemble the Prophet
In ruling, character, and disposition
٣. أنت شبيهُ النبيِّ حقّاً
في الحكمِ والخُلق والسجيّهْ
