1. I knelt before the just and righteous Imam
Seeking justice against Abu Shamlah's injustice

2. But he spoke complete nonsense
To the barefoot and the sandal-wearers alike

3. He did not deny my accusations against that slanderer
Rather he plunged into falsehood

4. And my truthfulness became clear to al-Mansur
As did that ignorant fool's lies

5. He who hates the Lord of the Throne and those
Among His messengers set apart

6. And who reviles the generous ink
Preferred for its virtue over the virtuous

7. And who transgresses in judging that group
Who fulfilled the rights of the messengers to the Sender

8. So God exposed his ornaments
And he became like a confused fool
