1. O you who tomorrow will carry the corpse
Of one who departed his home for hellfire

2. May God not sanctify a soul whose body
Passed with great dishonor and shame

3. Until it fell to the bottom of a tormented abyss
And his body is in a grave among the wicked

4. I have seen from the Merciful, wondrous things
About Him and His decrees unfolding precisely

5. So may you suffer the wrath of the Merciful
O worst of the living, created by the Just Creator

6. O you who hate the Commander of the Faithful after
The Prophet said of him without denial

7. On the day of Ghadeer with all people present
"For whom I am his master, in secret and openly"

8. "This is my brother and my successor in all matters and whoever
Will take my place for you all after I am gone"

9. O Lord, return upon he who opposed whom You sent
And throw him in hellfire of blazing flames

10. You undoubtedly opposed God through him
Oh hellfire, rise up for Sawwar!
