1. If you are truly of the Shi'a of Abu Hasan al-Hadi
Then prepare yourself for the calamities of time
١. إن كنتَ من شيعةَ الهادي أبي حسنٍ
حقّاً فأعدِدْ لريبِ الدهرِ تِجفافا
2. Truly tribulation strikes all of his Shi'a
So be patient and do not collapse in grief
٢. إن البلاءَ مُصيبٌ كُلَّ شيعتِهِ
فاصبِر ولا تك عند الهمِّ مِقْصافا
