At a slow pace, steadily

5. Mounted, though not on a mount
Nor breasts, nor hips

6. It folds the secret, or is folded
In the fold of modesty

7. A girl with her has gray hair
And the return of youth

8. She seeks to join her companion
With no guide, untraced

9. How sweet is her visit
When she comes unpromised

10. Shameless, a two-faced one
She hid them, did not show

11. She is found to be previously married at times
That every eager one visits her

12. And at times she is found a virgin
Veiled, with no defect

13. And she may sometimes revolt
With the revolt of an obstinate virgin

14. And she may occasionally flirt
Not to be controlled with effort

15. But she may become submissive
If a rough hand comes to her

16. If pleased and she is coerced
She comes in her unique beauty

17. And smiles with satisfaction
Whether hardened by cruelty

18. She has the softness of physique
So her breasts did not slope

19. When the youthful breeze blew
When she whimpers she gives

20. Exhausting the bearer of burdens
And she panics for no other fear

21. So she makes a sound like thunder
She shakes as tree branches

22. Indeed, she trembles like lightning
She flutters like flags

23. With no emblem or ties
Patient, she has not complained

24. Of heat or cold
She became a horse-testing field

25. For a single, unique rider
How many she has killed, and how many she has repelled

26. Without a sword or limit
How many a young man she has

27. Tasted the Indian sword’s blade
How much sorrow she has relieved

28. And terminated endless worries
How much good news she has announced

29. Elated with thanks and praise
Through her are misfortunes and bounties

30. Seen by the unlucky and lucky
So she speaks, though she has no

31. Tongue, O brotherly love
And she keeps the covenant of God

32. Before and after
And the faithless look upon her

33. With no religion, honor, or vow
She is sent, she has triumphed

34. Over the untamed, shaggy one
A messenger, a warner of God

35. How many she has guided and guides
She contains all knowledge yet

36. Has no mind to seek guidance
And she has two opposites

37. Which of them will destroy her
They are passions and light

38. So understand my purpose, O youth
The world will not suffice without her

39. Except in the eternal Paradise
