And a torrent that torrents comply with.

5. The qualities of time have praised you,
And for you has its honor vouched.

6. The lights of your caliphate have dazzled,
And the sky of knowledge has flagged them.

7. So one sightless has seen,
And one deaf has heard.

8. Glory has flocked to Saturn,
And bounty has brought its marvels.

9. Orators falter before your eminence,
Though their words be wise.

10. Fitting most to give congratulations
On a feast day your repute has broadcast.

11. May you endure, as all take refuge in you
From fate's caprice and fortify themselves.
