1. God willed the protection of Islam
So He supported it with the best Imam

2. In the name of the best of creation and the light
Who I guaranteed success from the beginning to the end

3. Hearts united in allegiance to him, pleased
And rejoiced at the attainment of every goal

4. Joy spread through them and continued
With seriousness in mobilization and preparation

5. The best source walked in their footsteps
The best branch and attained any position

6. Their traits appeared through him and have not ceased
As the cub shows the traits of the lion

7. And the religion of Mohammed was honored with a supporter
With resolute determination, protective of the Law

8. If it were not for the organization of our affairs by his existence
They would have been scattered without system

9. His blessed caliphate became a burden for the enemies
And their destruction

10. The times boasted wondrous conquests
In his sparkling, flower-adorned era

11. Nothing compares to the conquest of Meyraqa which
Kept joy for the mobilized and valiant

12. The days relied on him until they accomplished
With the sword of Khati and the sharp blade

13. With victorious determination and famous brigade
Known for their resolve and daring

14. Ibn Ghaniya puffed up so he clipped his wings
The day the cup of the dove turned on him

15. Not to mention the day the desolate Abu Hojail
Distinguished from all other days

16. Events warned by his death, unwillingly
Not to mention a warning without words

17. So let the world rejoice in the existence of a caliph
Abundant in talents, bestowing favors

18. His good fortune makes him independent of army leaders
Doing as he wishes without halter

19. The affairs of people are tied to him with wisdom
Undertaking annulment and conclusion

20. High in ranks none above
The son of the great, from noble ancestry

21. He inherited the caliphate from all the caliphs before
The guiding knowledge leading to the Highest

22. The world dressed beautifully because of him
Perplexing minds and imaginations

23. As if it is the abode of peace, its bliss
Everlasting and entering it is safe

24. O protector of the world, hopeful call
Morning, enlivening the days

25. I left what I had been as if it were
An apparition the eye saw in dreams

26. Perhaps I will see the face of Acceptance, for long
Have I hoped to see it as the years passed

27. Of course we need you, and does an independent soul
Exist without bodies?

28. May your good fortune continue disposing
As servants dispose
