1. You have exalted the religion of the One Almighty
With Al-Mushrifiya and the dangerous Al-Qanat

2. And Islam saw comfort in its eyes through you
And Al-Ghra became a land of stability through you

3. And you took the paths of guidance enthusiastically
Good fortune belongs to those who follow the traces

4. And your sublime deeds have flowed to the extent
Whose distance has been too far for travels

5. You have attained the happiness you wanted
Your service of fate has attained it

6. The days do not create any newness to your kingdom
Nor does time wear it down through the ages

7. It is no wonder that you were the last of its era
For precedence belongs to the latecomers and the dawns

8. You came to Andalusia so the frightened became secure
And the Lord of vengeance rose to take vengeance

9. You unlocked the mountain of guidance so you unlocked
From it the knots of the infidels' resolves

10. The mountain of guidance, victory, and triumph whose
Tidings had reached all the lands beforehand

11. If they substituted their feet with racers
They would have flown from the homelands like every flier

12. If after Moses there was what you did and Tariq
Ziryab with what they both left of traces

13. You fulfilled what they had wished but missed
From the victory of the religion of the One Almighty

14. With Arabian horses atop which are desert Arabs
Fearless of every daring raider

15. You have honored tribes whom fighting
Suffices over proliferating in war

16. And look when its brigades line up to
What writers praise in lines

17. If it had supported Ali, the horses of Ibn Harb
Would not have returned to the plains of Anbar

18. They showed it with the Prophet, and it is incumbent
To follow showing with showing

19. O King of Kings, you have indeed risen to the height
And looked down from above at the foreordained

20. You are the path to salvation, so we are all
Without you on the brink of an abyss

21. And you have strived in supporting God to an extent
Beyond which every strider lags behind you

22. The disbelief has been frustrated by you and its people
By the blessing of giving and bestowing

23. Bearing the burdens of every great feat
With benefit and harm

24. You have filled the world with serenity after
It was filled with foreordained destinies and afflictions

25. O deputy of al-Mahdi, you have remained supported
By God, avenging the infidels

26. You pelt the devils of enemies into confusion
With the shooting stars of a horse troop in the dusty sky

27. You have frightened every frightening one, and guarded every
Unattended, and protected every protege
