١. يا خُلَّبَ الْبَرْقِ الذي
كالنَّصْلِ قد قطَع العَلائِقْ
2. You reached Arbada with destruction
By God, yours is a wondrous flash
٢. وَافَيْتَ أرْبَدَ بالرَّدَى
للّهِ دَرُّك أيّ بَارِقْ
3. That was not the first reviler
Of lightning struck down by thunderbolts
٣. ما ذاك أوَّلَ شائِمٍ
لِلْبَرْقِ أرْدَتْهُ الصَّواعِقْ
