1. Creation is a journey, and time strides in stages
Its steps as it moves along are breaths
١. الخَلْقُ سَفْرٌ والزمانُ مَراحِلٌ
خَطَواتُه في سَيْرِهِ الأنْفاسُ
2. And their final home is the abode of eternity
Which people enter through the gate of mortality
٢. والمَقْصِدُ الأسْنَى لهم دارُ الْبَقَا
دخَلتْه من بابِ الفَناءِ الناسُ
