1. Good tidings to you all of victory, O all humankind
For time has unveiled the face of virtues

2. And let your souls delight, for today
The suns of glory have emerged from the orbit of fate

3. The Almighty has bestowed upon us His caliph, His servant
Who was a treasure hidden in Uthman

4. The world shook with joy because of him, and
Sorrow has been folded, happiness spread like the clouds

5. And with the king's generosity, gleams of bliss appeared
And dreams of bounty rained over the horizons

6. The mouth of time smiled, revealing teeth of purity
The days lined up for us, and turmoil vanished

7. He ruled the throne of the caliphate when he rose
Luxury appeared, and he gained glory from a young age

8. All kings are like stars, but
Abdulaziz is like a sun that rose over them all

9. He adorned the highest throne with his glory
Forever, as he adorned the lovely maidens

10. With justice like Chosroes, authority like Caesar
Wisdom like Solomon, and strength like Omar

11. People's eyes slept under his shade
Securely, while he stayed up guarding

12. In the morning, the branch of wishes yielded
The fruit of success, and we all reap the fruit

13. He rid the hearts of the people from fear of malice
And filled them with awe and caution of him

14. Joy to you, o you who live under his rule
For you have attained the awaited hope

15. He closed off the ways of adversities decisively
From the realm of the king, in whom prosperity flourished

16. When a resolute king assumes command
He leaves no room for harm

17. Fate has written with his swords
No life for the disobedient when the sword is unsheathed

18. His right hand has clothed all the lands
In garments of security, removing peril

19. He rebuilt what time had ruined
With determination that tells of time when it is capable

20. And built from bounties a fortress for people
Such is the benefit, so say, an excellent effect

21. May the world thrive through him and rejoice
And all leaders be glad, and other states delighted

22. O commander of the faithful, be clad
In victory, for as long as the ink flows on paper

23. You are but the sun at its zenith
And all, like particles of dust, look to you

24. Since the Guardian called you caliph
To shepherd the people as He ordered

25. He called to you, "Live, O possessor of might"
And time chronicled, "Triumph with victory"
