1. O traveler to the lands of al-Sham with purpose,
Pledge allegiance, for you are in protected lands unrestricted,

2. No other country has been dressed with such grace,
Or sent a book so eloquently expressed,

3. The dwelling of prophethood and miraculous signs,
From it shines every gleam of light as it pours.
