1. My hopes in him whom I've disobeyed are good
Do I think he'll torment me? I think not
١. إِنّ ظَنّي بِمَن عَصيتُ جَميلٌ
أَتراهُ مُعذِّبي ما أَظنُّ
2. I only see him being generous with pardon
My heart is reassured by his forgivingness
٢. ما أَراهُ إِلّا يَجودُ بِعَفوٍ
إِنَّ قَلبي بِعَفوِهِ مُطمَئِنُ
3. Far be it from God to disappoint my hopes
Surely hopes in God are never disappointed
٣. حاشَ لِلّه أَن يَخيِّبُ ظَني
إِنَّهُ لا يَخيبُ في اللَهِ ظَنُّ
