The spears of the line grow in the meadows

5. And where is your pleasure with my tear irrigation
Your gardens with your pleasure for rain

6. I cried for you out of homesickness while we travel
And I came back today crying for the return

7. And I wipe my insides with a palm
Whose hands are freshly stained with henna

8. It has a scent with what its friend maintained in it
It will not shake hands anymore with the wind of henna

9. Clear speaking so I hope for an answer
And how can a symbol respond in a book?

10. You granted and in your dust from you a symbol
As I am a mirage in my clothes

11. And in depression the she-camels tired of walking

19. Nights of needs rule me
And I have no means but my youth

20. Oh God, your heart is burdened
With the affliction of connection and avoidance

21. And your love as the fulfiller of the covenant remains
With distance that makes difficult or easy

22. I longed for you in Aban’s mountains wandering
While you are in Oman’s mountains clear

23. And glory used to return when it longs
For you from meadows of little vegetation

24. And beyond the Sea of Oman there is a kingdom
With pleasant shade and vast space

25. Its life is soft and its land fragrant
With the outstanding virtues without flaw

26. When will you descend into a valley
Of good deeds, pasture of the outstanding ones?

27. It is governed by the best of princes
Whose glory humbles the necks

28. The glorious competed and outdid
His glory flapping and the star waning

29. And he strove by himself seeking thus surpassing
The instinct of his soul the honor of positions

30. And his excellence appeared to his father’s eye
I see the cub defeating the mighty lion of the forests

31. In the era of youth, he did not fail them
The progression of their gray hair, the steps of youth

32. He appointed them to their positions while they are suns
So the mountain necks lengthened

33. And the master of his people who favored him
Without partisanship or personal interests

34. And he was presented with insight while a child
The capacities of the clouds are deduced from him

35. The Noble did not deprive his children
And they surpassed him with disapproval

36. And even if the young man is a branch to his father
The rain is a branch to the clouds

37. They tested him and tried his two days, luxury
And affliction, in peace and alertness

38. But they did not appear with any defect
And they did not win with any vulnerability

39. Nor did they lack biting and cutting
Profoundness in precision and correctness

40. Therefore, they settled by the sea, by the sea
Each generous, overflowing with abundance

41. The wealthy say to me and my view is
To refrain from striving for money and students

42. And the chastity of my doctrine is suspect and my inclination
To the miserable life and self indulgence

43. I see you if you venture to pasture
That replaces health, collapsed money bag

44. Do you not have wealth in the Omani seas?
That meets the needs of the struggling poor?

45. And a guardian who expands protection to the prohibited
And reconstructs the homes of lost hopes?

46. Perhaps the affection of the supported Sultan will lean
With the kindness of his virtues after avoidance

47. I locked myself with raging she-camels
Whose tails are like the angry lion

48. Rising like mountains when they sense
A breeze or descending like the paws

49. The neighing of its Abyssinian steeds frightens the girls
If an informant she-camel meets you

50. If she stumbles, she cannot be blamed
And if she cracks, it is not because of fissures

51. And I am not a swimmer so I can say I will be saved
Perhaps if her back carried me one day

52. When my eyes dream of it at night
I started touching - are my clothes wet?

53. And why do I risk when its heaven handed me
Without estrangement or doubts?

54. And its gifts came to me from afar
With the best of what comes with proximity

55. Desires from its hand surprised me
And sincere fulfillment with my hopes

56. And more was added to the account of my wishes
But a scarf I did not account for

57. Dew reached the generous but its guard denied me access
As if in you from years creeping

58. When I carried goods or a letter
To you, it was looted and robbed

59. You offered generosity to a loved one
So an evader who does not reciprocate won

60. You sent it with the cowardly so a flock was lost
You entrusted it to the cunning wolves

61. Had it not been for your service protecting it
And the sanctity of your glorious door

62. The mosquito would not be safe from the eagle
Nor would the rat bite the young lion

63. He guided you so he silenced me while he
Reduced with what came to him of reproach

64. I was deprived of your company unjustly
By the raid of a friend of yours among friends

65. Three years going by year after year
With a torn scarf, a scavenged prey

66. While you are the guard of your money or delegated
To me even if by the side of the road

67. If you are fair to me, you owe me
A fine for what accumulated in the account

68. Reconsider - how many poor did you make rich with it?
And how many broken ones did you mend from affliction?

69. And how often were you called, O sea of generosity?
So the sea came with wondrous wonders

70. My wishes were fulfilled by you and my vows paid
So fulfill your promises that satisfy me

71. And you have wealth so send a trusted one
To me with it and make it my answer

72. And do not compel my thirst to a water skin
Other than you regarding my position and turning

73. I remind you of what you did not use to forget
My disobedience under your shade and displacement

74. And if I ever reach a star
It will be because of your making
