1. O supporter of the hoped-for religion
For every great one and for every generosity
2. I have vowed to fast for as long as I live on the day you come
With a healthy body, for God the Praiseworthy
3. And truly if I see that you have fulfilled my vow
And the fasting is a right for God the Glorious
4. And the strangest thing said is the obligation of fasting
Upon me when I have seen the crescent of Eid
5. So go ahead and make peace despite the envious
And live as long as you wish in the soft life
