1. He irrigated the two hills between the two sanctuaries,
Watering the two downpours pouring down,

2. So the torrents flowed wherever it pleased,
Its streams to the palaces of softness.

3. A country settled by the son of Abi Ali,
So he settled in it, generous with the two comforts.

4. When flags of an army fluttered for him,
The hearts of the fluttering ones have fluttered.

5. Generous to his parents and every deed
Is generous to the generous parents.

6. You see bounty asking him for aid,
And you reckon it is asking him for a debt.

7. A young man adorns gatherings, he does not do
Any praiseworthy deed other than adornment.

8. Chaste of trailing garment from filth and obscenity,
Innocent of speech from vileness and blemish.

9. He collects from the wilderness every praise
And gathers it by scattering the two disgraces.

10. When ar-Rudaini is captured, he is more faithful
In his capture than the captor of ar-Rudaini.

11. He attacks vigorously and attacks with resolve,
And wreaks havoc in the fray with the two resolves.

12. He encounters the massive army alone,
And you wonder at the encounter of the two armies.

13. And you look on the day the calamities clash,
At Ali on the day of Badr or Hunayn.

14. Our Prince, the cry of a servant
Has borne from you grace not slight.

15. You have beautified your deed with me, so complete
Your favor with favor, until Hussein.

16. If I interceded for a stranger,
He would wake up in your presence with delighted eyes.

17. So what of one whose father you have clothed with glory,
With your glory between the people of the two easts.

18. You have ennobled him with an old pact,
And your promise is not bound in both hands.
