Bestowing successive charms alluring,

5. Jesters smiling, charmers beaming,
Sweet ones kissed and pillows adjoining,

6. Smooth ladies naked, voluptuous ladies languorous,
Alluring ladies with every witchery pleasing,

7. To listening ears, subtle charms displaying.
Concealing with modesty beauties,

8. To steal the heart of the devout fearful one,
Revealing from the breast to the ailing,

9. A cure in their saliva to revive the infirm,
Hurling from the eyes armouries

10. To a veteran heart in wars engaging,
Issuing from the bosoms crescents,

11. They will not be folded with the full moon adjoining,
Causing tears pouring clouds,

12. Making sighs blustering tempests hear,
O my companion - my brain is scrambling -

13. Extending helping hands and intimates kind,
Knit in the order of a mole are they,

14. Arabian, foreign, amusing the knowing one.
However much they ring and hurl at you swords,

15. Its smile shows you a glance seizing.
My companion - stand firmly with the shoulders of resolve,

16. Lest an ignoble man, O my companion, stand, stand!
