وآيةُ الدهر تقليبٌ وتصريفُ

Only loss and deceit lie beneath
٢. ميزانه ما له عدلٌ يشاهده
وإنما هو نقصانٌ وتطفيف
3. Let no soul revel in its rectitude
For time will surely bring its defeat
٣. فليس يفرح شخصٌ باستقامته
